Prices and Delivery Terms

Our prices vary, depending on material, graphic design, quantity and transportation.
The term of delivery, from the entrance of the order to delivery to the customer is approximately 15-90 working days. Delivery time depends on the complexity of the order/design, volume and transportation. We can give you an approximate quotation.

General Business Terms and Conditions
The following INK.ON services and delivery terms apply as of 1.8.2009.

General Conditions
Contracts are carried out according to our General Business Terms and Conditions.Our Terms and Conditions apply to orders, services, delivery and payment. Divergent conditions of the principal are not a part of the contract. Verbal and other agreements deviating from our Terms and Conditions need our written confirmation.

Offers / Orders
All offers are non-binding and are limited to a given time period. Final orders may be placed by post, fax or e-mail. Once a final order has been placed and confirmed by INK.ON the Terms and Conditions apply.

Prices
Prices, if not otherwise stated, are given in Swiss Francs per piece. The prices include all production costs, the individual packaging and the dispatch by FEDEX. For consecutive orders a new contract/ confirmation will be confirmed to the customer, as prices may vary according to fluctuating transport/ fuel charges or possibly production charges.

Delivery
Deliveries occur exclusively by pre-payment. As a trading company, INK.ON is dependent on their manufacturers and their suppliers and therefore exempt from paying any compensation because of delivery delays. As a result of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, contractual dates of delivery will default causing INK.ON to partially or completely withdraw from the contract.

Intellectual Property Rights
Drafts, drawings, files and films generated or developed in the course of work performed under the Agreement by the supplier remain property of the creators and it is strictly illegal to duplicate delivered drafts, final artwork or files.

Complaints and Defects
Complaints and defects must be reported within 7 days after receipt of delivery in writing. Partial defects do not reflect on the entire shipment. Upon entitled complaints, defect articles will be replaced, if possible, at no extra charge or a reimbursement of the defect articles only will be granted. Return deliveries are not accepted.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia, Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the agreement shall first be attempted by INK.ON and the customer to be settled through consultation and negotiation in good faith.

Miscellaneous
Single changes to these Terms and Conditions agreed to by INK.On do not apply to the entire agreement terms. Changes and inclusions to these Terms and Conditions must be carried out in writing and confirmed by INK.ON.
